Since 2020, Rana has adapted her career to digital engagement. She has been ZOOMING around the world, having trained online in over 25 countries, on 5 continents with 150+ unique participants, targeting small groups on various content with over 8 training programs.

Rana has a unique viewpoint of working with both a Brand’s Corporate Headquarters as well the Distribution Partner & Franchisee. This has warranted her a core understanding of the needs, expectations and delicacy of this relationship. She has been exposed to numerous cultural situations in the retail environment and has been able to dig deeper to understand how to fully comprehend the client journey throughout the world.

With an Executive MBA from Hong Kong University and a Bachelor’s Degree in International Affairs from the George Washington University Elliot School, Rana has the core skills to build a client’s platform that is both effective and comprehensible.
